אני רוצה להוסיף ולומר שאחת ההנאות הגדולות שלי בישיבה הייתה סוף סוף ההנאה מצוות חינוכי שמשקיע ברמות שלא יכולתי לדמיין בתלמידיו, מתייחס אליהם ברצינות ובכבוד, ועם המון המון ענווה.
אחד מהדברים שעשו עלי רושם כל פעם מחדש היה שהצוות היה נכנס לשיעורים איתנו, ולומד איתנו ביחד את המקורות בשיעורים הכללים.
אולי זה הסוד אשר ביסודו נוצרה אוירה חברתית ולימודית כל כך מקבלת וחסרת מרחקים למרות הפערים העצומים בגיל וברקע של כל אחד מאיתנו.
(Translation of above): "I want to add that one of the great pleasures of the yeshiva for me was ultimately the investment of the faculty--on a level I can't even imagine--in the students: taking them seriously and respecting them, all with the greatest humility.
I was continuously impressed that the faculty would come to our classes, and learn the sources with us in the yeshiva-wide classes.
Perhaps this is the secret to creating a communal and educational environment, and enabled all of us to overcome and lessen the gaps of age and background among us."
